Utility rebates (NY side)
Con Edison's NYS Clean Heat program pays real rebates on mini-splits and other cold-climate heat pumps for Staten Island homes. Amounts vary by system type and size. We quote net of current rebates and handle the paperwork.
Utility rebates (NJ side)
PSE&G and Elizabethtown Gas customers in Bayonne, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Linden, Carteret, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge, and Rahway have their own efficiency programs for heat pumps and high-efficiency furnaces. Programs change yearly — we confirm what applies before you sign.
Federal tax credits
Qualifying high-efficiency heat pumps and other equipment may be eligible for federal energy tax credits. We provide the manufacturer certificates; confirm your eligibility with your tax preparer.
Right-sizing (the quiet discount)
The cheapest HVAC is the size you don't buy. Our load calculations regularly come in smaller than the oversized unit being replaced. That's real money off the equipment price — and lower bills every month after.
