An $89 tune-up buys a full working-over of your furnace or AC: cleaning, testing, safety checks, and a written report with photos of anything we found. No coupon fine print, no bait-and-switch 'diagnostic fee' stacked on top. If we find a problem, you get a flat-rate quote and you decide.
The Comfort Club takes it further for $19/month: both seasonal tune-ups included, priority scheduling ahead of non-members during heat waves and cold snaps, zero overtime fees on emergency calls, and 15% off any repair. For most Staten Island and NJ homes it pays for itself with one avoided emergency surcharge.
What the $89 tune-up covers
- Heating: combustion analysis, heat exchanger inspection, CO test, burner cleaning, flue check
- Cooling: refrigerant pressures, coil condition, capacitor and contactor health, drain flush
- Both: filter check, thermostat calibration, electrical connection tightening, blower inspection

Salt air off Lower New York Bay and the Arthur Kill is quietly brutal on outdoor coils and electrical contacts. Homes in South Beach, Tottenville, Perth Amboy, and along Bayonne's waterfront show corrosion years ahead of inland equipment. An annual coil cleaning and contactor check is the difference between a 12-year condenser and an 18-year one.

Per system, per visit — an $89 fall visit for your furnace and an $89 spring visit for your AC. Comfort Club members get both included in the $19/month.
Can I join the Comfort Club if my equipment is old?
Yes. There's no age cutoff — older systems benefit the most. Your first visit documents current condition so there are no surprises later.
Do you service homes in NJ under the same plan?
Same plan, same price, same trucks across our whole service area: Staten Island plus Bayonne, Jersey City (Greenville/Bergen-Lafayette), Elizabeth, Linden, Carteret, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge, and Rahway.
What if a tune-up finds a problem?
