An $89 tune-up is a full working-over of your furnace, AC, or mini-split: cleaning, testing, safety checks, and a written report with photos of anything we found. No coupon fine print. If we find a problem, you get a flat-rate quote and you decide.
The Comfort Club takes it further for $19 a month: both seasonal tune-ups included, priority scheduling during heat waves and cold snaps, no emergency surcharges, and 15% off any repair. One avoided repair bill pays for the year.
What the $89 tune-up covers
- Heating: combustion check, heat exchanger inspection, CO test, burner cleaning, flue check
- Cooling: refrigerant pressures, coil condition, capacitor and contactor health, drain flush
- Mini-splits: coil and blower-wheel cleaning, drain check, error-code scan
- Both: filter check, thermostat calibration, electrical connections, blower inspection
- A written condition report with photos, kept on file for warranty claims
- Straight answers on remaining lifespan — no scare tactics

Why maintenance matters more in a harbor climate
Salt air off Lower New York Bay is quietly brutal on outdoor coils and electrical contacts. Homes near the shore show corrosion years ahead of inland equipment. An annual coil cleaning is the difference between a 12-year condenser and an 18-year one — and it matters just as much for mini-split outdoor units.
On the heating side, older housing means older flues and heat exchangers. The CO test in every fall tune-up isn't an upsell. It's the one part of the visit we'd never skip.

Is the $89 tune-up per system or per visit?
Per system, per visit — an $89 fall visit for heating and an $89 spring visit for cooling. Comfort Club members get both included in the $19/month.
Do you maintain mini-splits too?
Yes — coil and blower-wheel cleaning, drain checks, and an outdoor-coil rinse. Salt air near the shore makes that rinse the cheapest life-extender there is.
Can I join the Comfort Club if my equipment is old?
Yes. There's no age cutoff — older systems benefit the most. Your first visit documents the current condition, so there are no surprises later.
What if a tune-up finds a problem?
You get photos, a plain-English explanation, and a flat-rate quote. Comfort Club members get 15% off. We fix it only if you say go.
