Where We Work: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan & Nearby NJ
Our shop sits at 412 Forest Ave on Staten Island's North Shore, with the Verrazzano, the Bayonne Bridge, the Goethals, and the Outerbridge Crossing all on our daily routes. That geography is the whole point: Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, Bergen Point in Bayonne, and towns in three New Jersey counties are all closer to our dispatch than parts of our own borough — and Lower Manhattan is one tunnel beyond Brooklyn. We serve the whole corridor like home turf: same flat-rate book, no travel surcharges.

New York
Staten Island, NY
Staten Island Air dispatches from 412 Forest Ave, so 'service area' isn't a marketing phrase — it's where our techs live, coach little league, and sit in the same Staten Island Expressway traffic you do.
Dispatched from 412 Forest Ave — most Staten Island addresses are inside a 20-minute response radius outside of rush hour.
HVAC service in Staten Island, NY →
Brooklyn, NY
Bay Ridge is ten minutes from the Staten Island Air shop — one Verrazzano crossing — which makes southwest Brooklyn our fastest response zone in New York City after our own borough. Brooklyn isn't a stretch for us; it's the other end of the bridge.
One Verrazzano crossing from our Forest Ave shop — Bay Ridge in about 10 minutes, the southern neighborhoods in 15–25, brownstone Brooklyn in 25–35.
HVAC service in Brooklyn, NY →
Manhattan, NY
Manhattan HVAC is half mechanical work and half logistics — board approvals, COIs, elevator reservations, alteration agreements. Staten Island Air handles both halves, because a tech who can't get past the super fixes nothing.
Via the Verrazzano and Hugh L. Carey Tunnel — Lower Manhattan in 30–40 minutes from our Forest Ave shop; Midtown and uptown on honest scheduled windows.

New Jersey
Bayonne, NJ
Bayonne is one Bayonne Bridge hop from the Staten Island Air shop on Forest Ave — closer to our dispatch than half of Staten Island. We treat the Peninsula City like home turf because operationally, it is.
Straight over the Bayonne Bridge from our shop — typical response is 15–25 minutes, and there's never an out-of-area fee.
HVAC service in Bayonne, NJ →
Jersey City, NJ
Staten Island Air focuses on the south side of Jersey City — Greenville and Bergen-Lafayette — where Route 440 puts our trucks minutes away and the housing matches what we work on all day in Bayonne and on Staten Island's North Shore.
Route 440 north from the Bayonne Bridge drops us into Greenville in about 20 minutes from the shop.
HVAC service in Jersey City, NJ →
Elizabeth, NJ
Straight across the Goethals Bridge, Elizabeth is one of Staten Island Air's busiest territories — a dense, hard-working city with some of the oldest housing stock we service anywhere, and we keep multiple crews on its streets most days.
Via the Goethals Bridge and Routes 1&9 — typically 20–30 minutes from our Forest Ave shop to anywhere in Elizabeth.
HVAC service in Elizabeth, NJ →
Linden, NJ
Linden's tidy post-war capes and colonials were built with one furnace and zero air conditioning — and Staten Island Air has spent years fixing exactly that combination, one Wood Avenue block at a time.
Down Routes 1&9 past Elizabeth — usually 25–35 minutes from the shop, and Linden jobs pair efficiently with our Elizabeth and Rahway routes.
HVAC service in Linden, NJ →
Carteret, NJ
Carteret sits directly across the Arthur Kill from Staten Island's West Shore — as the crow flies, some Carteret homes are closer to the Staten Island Air shop than half our NYC customers.
Over the Outerbridge Crossing and up the 1&9 — about 25 minutes from the shop; West Shore Staten Island jobs and Carteret jobs share the same route.
HVAC service in Carteret, NJ →
Perth Amboy, NJ
The Outerbridge lands Staten Island Air practically in downtown Perth Amboy — a historic waterfront city whose beautiful old housing keeps our boiler techs busier than anywhere else in Middlesex County.
Across the Outerbridge Crossing — roughly 20–30 minutes from our Staten Island shop to any Perth Amboy address.
HVAC service in Perth Amboy, NJ →
Woodbridge, NJ
Woodbridge isn't one town — it's ten. From Iselin's busy Oak Tree Road to quiet Sewaren by the Sound, Staten Island Air covers the whole township with the same flat-rate pricing and quotes built to be compared.
Via the Outerbridge and Route 9 or the Parkway — 25–40 minutes depending on which of the township's ten communities you're in.
HVAC service in Woodbridge, NJ →
Rahway, NJ
Rahway pairs a lively downtown arts district with quiet tree-lined blocks of pre-war colonials — and both ends of town call Staten Island Air for very different reasons.
On our daily Union County loop with Linden and Elizabeth — typically 30–40 minutes from the shop, with same-day repair coverage.
HVAC service in Rahway, NJ →
