This site is information, not a contract

Prices, cost ranges, and timelines on this website are typical figures we share to help you plan. They are not binding offers. Your price is the one on your free written quote, which includes model numbers and is prepared after we've evaluated your home.

Estimates and quotes

Quotes for mini-split and replacement work are free and written. Where rebates apply, we quote net of current program amounts as confirmed at quote time; rebate and tax-credit eligibility is determined by the programs and tax rules in force when your system goes into service, not by us, so confirm tax credits with your tax preparer.

Scheduling

Booking requests made by phone, text, or the online form are confirmed by a callback from dispatch. During open hours (Mon–Fri 7–7, Sat 8–4), no-heat and no-cool calls jump the queue. We don't claim 24/7 availability; if we're closed, leave a message and you're first on the next morning's board. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, call (347) 443-8854 and we'll rebook you.

Warranties

Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we register that warranty for you as part of the job so it's actually valid. The terms of any warranty are the manufacturer's; the paperwork and coverage details for your installation are in your written quote and invoice.
